Join Clif Ross and Marcy Rein, editors of the new book, Until the Rulers Obey: Voices from Latin American Social Movements in a discussion of the "21st century's most powerful wave of change."  Their book brings together interviews with more than 70 activists in 15 countries who embody the upsurge of change in Latin America today -- voices from indigenous peoples, the rural and urban poor, youth, workers, women, LGBT communities, and more.
