There is a pro-Trump rally scheduled where they plan to occupy the State Capitol steps on March 25th. Let's get there first.
Join fellow resistors on the steps of our State Capitol building to make our message loud and clear: Hate and fear are not welcome here. We cannot let this poisonous rhetoric infect our beautiful inclusive city.

On March 25th the same people who brought a message of hate and fear to Lake Oswego will be holding a rally at the Oregon State Capitol in Salem.
We will be holding a counter protest.
Salem is our capitol, and our capitol is for everyone.
Organize, collaborate, & carpool! We need help from all walks of life and all corners of the state.
WHEN
Our rally will begin at 9AM, before they start at ten.
WHERE
Oregon State Capitol State Park
In the square directly opposite the Capitol Building
IN THE FACE OF THREATS, BIGOTRY, AND FEAR:
We will send a message of love and support to Oregon’s diverse communities
We will send a message to our local legislators
We will overwhelm racism and hatred
NOW MORE THAN EVER IT IS IMPORTANT TO STAND UP
“Never again” is today.
“What would you have done” is today.
Democracy is not a spectator sport.
This is what democracy looks like.
Oregon’s resistance has been successful thanks to the willingness of people to show up and stand up.
